Audit of Marketing and Sales System

The paper under consideration reflects the theoretical and practical aspects of the audit of marketing and sales system. The first chapter discusses the content, legal regulation of the audit of marketing and sales system, and analyzes the specialized literature on the audit of marketing and sales system. The second chapter of the master's thesis is devoted to planning the audit of marketing and sales system. The organizational and economic characteristics of ZAO NPP "MedEng" are considered and a strategy, an audit plan for marketing and sales system in relation to the enterprise in question are developed. In the third chapter, the proposed audit procedures were tested, problematic issues were identified and recommendations were given for improving the activities of marketing and sales system of ZAO NPP "MedEng".
