Modern engineering education is increasingly confronted with the issue of introducing online courses and laboratories. The development of these opportunities not only eliminates many risks but also reduces the budget and time spent on classes. The market for existing developments is quite limited today. That is why the creation of a whole library of virtual models of modern electrical measuring instruments is an excellent solution for universities. The report describes the features of creating such a library, as well as the methods and solutions that are used in the course of work on it.
