Statistical Methods in the Oncology Analysis and Prediction

This master thesis presents a statistical analysis of the data of patients with diagnosis of breast cancer. A comparative analysis of existing methods for predicting breast cancer was performed. The result of this work was a logistic regression model capable of accurately predicting the stage of the disease. Also, a tool for data visualization was developed, which reflects the key medical indicators of the patient found during the statistical analysis.
