Corporate Mobile Application for Employees as an Internal Communication Tool

The final qualification work is devoted to the study of internal communications in companies and, in particular, one of the most relevant tools - the corporate mobile application. This category of applications is developed for external and internal target audiences of the company in order to demonstrate the capabilities and activities of the organization and solve its business problems. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role and capabilities of a corporate mobile application as a tool of internal communications. As part of the work, expert interviews were conducted with specialists in the field of communications, which allowed us to identify the possibilities of this type of application and how to implement it in the company's communication system. The work consists of three chapters: the first chapter is devoted to the role of internal communications in the organization's management system, the second discusses the possibilities of a corporate mobile application as a communication tool, the third includes an empirical study, results and recommendations for future research
