Today, St. Petersburg needs a new recreation area in the Central region and a new source of income, in connection with this, a project has been developed that can fully satisfy the needs of the city population and investors, as the project is implemented as part of a public-private partnership. The purpose of the work is to implement a project in the framework of public-private partnership, the results of which should be the socio-economic improvements of St. Petersburg, the Central District in particular.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
