Practice of a Coaching Approach in Managerial Activity

In the master's work we have studied, investigated and described the influence of the coaching approach on the managerial activity, the experience of managers working in the coaching approach and the influence of the coaching approach in the managerial activity of the leader on the leaders themselves, their teams and the results of their work. Data for a qualitative study was collected by semi-structured interviews with managers working in a coaching approach (whose management experience is three years or more) The sample was conducted spontaneously, the number of respondents whose answers formed the basis of an empirical study - 11 people. The master's work contains full transcripts of interviews, examples from the practice of managers, a complete analysis of the data. The results of the study conducted in this master's thesis confirm the hypothesis that the use of the coaching approach in the managerial activities of a leader has a positive effect on the results of business, on the team and on the leader himself.
