Formation of an Effective System of Bank Financing of Housing Construction

The Russian residential real estate market with the advent of a large number of illegal incomes, an increase in the number of bankruptcies among developers, the difficult financial situation of defrauded real estate investors began to look for new ways to develop a mechanism for financing housing construction. Since July 1, 2019, the Russian real estate market switched to a project financing scheme. The purpose of the dissertation research is to solve the scientific problem of forming an effective system of bank financing of housing construction, aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of this mechanism. The paper presents an empirical study of the impact of housing indicators on the performance indicators of banks involved in real estate financing. Based on the indicators selected for the study, hypotheses are put forward on the impact of residential real estate market indicators on performance indicators. Values ​​are checked by constructing linear regressions. In addition, after testing hypotheses, testing is carried out on the example of existing residential real estate projects.
