In other words, the main concept of this study is to identify which criteria of organizational human capital affect companies’ financial performance most of all. In this paper as criteria of human capital are used such indicators as average age of the members of the Boards of Directors, share of foreign citizens, women and state employees and payments per member. The main sources for the information are annual reports of the companies. Since the study is based on finding a correlation, the construction of a regression using econometric analysis should be carried out. Moreover, DEA method was used to identify the most effective companies. The main results of this study are the assessment of organizational human capital and the identification of the most significant parameters of human capital that affect the market value of the company.
