The relevance of the research. The implementation of current methods requires additional significant investment, which also implies the risk of fail of the desired results and subsequently the loss of finances. Therefore, the issue of warehouse optimization is an acute one and requires a balanced decision before making changes. Therefore, more and more companies are exploring the practice of optimizing implementation not only in the warehouse function, but also in other business units. The purpose of this work. Increased efficiency of the finished product warehouse processes at Baltika Brewing Company LLC, which has an extensive range of both its own products and direct import goods - beer, non-alcoholic beer, soft drinks, kvas and water. Research Methods. Analysis technique DMAIC (Six Sigma), Qualimetric analysis methods, Saati method, expert assessment method. Scientific novelty. The work is aimed at solving an urgent scientific problem - solving the issue of modernizing the current methodology for determining KPI, taking into account existing new LEAN technology tools. At the moment, the technology of "lean manufacturing" has an effective impact on the manufacturing sector. However, does the warehouse and production have some similar features? Therefore, the study of the possibility of using LEAN principles in terms of controlling the operation of the warehouse function could give new directions for development. Results of work. Based on the data provided by Baltika Breweries LLC, the DMAIC «red zone» search technique was applied, which is based on the Six Sigma concept. The resulting system of balanced indicators was evaluated by a group of experts and calculated using qualimetry methods using the Saati matrix and assessment methods. The final system eliminated the main red zones of the company and revealed new bases for improvement.
