Reputational Risk of the Bank: Assessment and Management in Modern Conditions

This thesis presents the results of an analysis of the fundamentals and methods of managing the reputation risk of commercial banks in Russian practice. Analyzed, systematized and refined elements and features of the formation of the bank's reputation, indicators and criteria for assessing reputation risk. Based on the point-and-weight method, criteria for assessing the reputation of the bank are determined. The method is tested on the example of a specific commercial bank.
