Development Stratedy for the Company "Carbrand"

Graduation qualification work on the topic: "Development Stratedy for the Company "Carbrand". The work contains 102 pages of text, 17 figures, 20 tables, 40 used sources of literature. Key words: development strategy, business development action plan, analysis of external and internal environment, company life cycle, startup, strategic vision. The object is the company "Carbrand". The subject is the development strategy for the company "Carbrand". The purpose of the work is to elaborate a development strategy for the commercial company "Carbrand" in the field of outdoor advertising, branding and booking of transport services. Research methods include analysis and systematization of literature on the topic – company development strategy, company life cycle; strategic management tools for the analysis of the internal (4A + A, SNW analysis, SWOT analysis, McKinsey matrix) and the external environment (PESTEL analysis, Porter five forces analysis, BCG matrix); analysis of information in online sources about the activities of competitors; a survey of specialists in the field of business development and in the outdoor advertising market. The work consists of introduction, two chapters, conclusion, a list of references and applications. The introduction presents the relevance of the work, purpose, objectives, research methods and practical significance of the work. The first chapter investigates theoretical material on: the methodology for elaborating a development strategy; business life cycles; analysis of the internal and external environment of the company. The second chapter analyzes the internal and the external environment of "Carbrand", proposes an action plan for the development of the company. In conclusion key findings of the work are presented.
