The Re-Politization of Christianity in Modern Western Europe: Causes and Forms

The theme of the graduation qualifying work "The Politicization of Christianity in Modern Western Europe: causes and forms". The final qualification paper consists of: an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion and a list of sources used. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the chosen topic, sets the goal and objectives of the study. In the first chapter, "The History of Secularism", an analysis of scientific literature on the topic is made, the history of secularization of Christianity in Western European countries is analyzed. The religious situation in the selected countries was analyzed, and the attitude of Europeans to Christianity was analyzed and studied. The second chapter, "Repoliticization of Christianity", is devoted to the study of Christian political forces in the selected countries, their history and political program. This chapter also studies the attitude of Europeans towards various factors that may have contributed to the return of Christianity to politics. The report concludes with the main findings of the study. The total volume of work is 62 pages.
