The graduate qualification work "Legal Aspects of Protection from Interference with Constitutional (Conventional) Rights in the Practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the ECHR" is devoted to to the study of the competences of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the ECHR in the field of protection from unlawful interference with rights, as well as the relevant court practice of these instances. The aim of the work is to highlight the legal aspects of protection from interference with constitutional and conventional rights through a detailed study of the practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the ECHR in this area. Within the framework of the research, the general theoretical provisions on the activities of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the ECHR, the issues of the correlation of their competencies were analyzed. Moreover, the specifics of protecting the personal, political and economic categories of constitutional (conventional) rights within each of the instances were identified, existing problems were emphasized and ways to solve them were proposed.
