Real estate has become an attractive investment for many people. This market is extremely dynamic, and the majority of potential buyers force the serious problem of finding profitable options of real estate. As a result, there is an increased demand for various tools that help analyse this sector of economy. Most of these approaches are related to: - flexible property search systems - mortgage loan calculators This paper proposes a platform which is designed to help customers explore residential real estate market in order to find attractive options for purchasing and investment, offering evaluation tools of payback period and profitability, price estimation of real estates.
