The main goal of this work is to study coaching for business leaders and opportunities to improve work efficiency. The subject of the study is the use of metaphor in the practice of a business coach on the example of a practical case for airline flight attendant teams.       For a business coach, a metaphor is one of the most important aspects that affect the quality of work of a professional coach. Business coaching solves business problems and, unlike coaching, affects more systems: manager, team, department, organization, company and so on. The main goal of working with a team is to gain access to positive thinking and help people achieve certain results.         The flight attendant profession is very extreme, it is necessary to be adaptive to non-standard working situations and at the same time to be a human brand, a person representing the image of the airline to passengers.          The results of the study conducted in this work confirm that the metaphorical approach in team business coaching can reveal goals and deep motivation, using the metaphor of the coach team creates potential for future transformation and supports participants in their development.      The metaphor tool in team business coaching can be applied in almost all aspects of modern business as integrating difficultly compatible concepts: creativity and business, group values and values of one person, spiritual and material, metaphors and specific steps. Keywords: business coaching, team coaching, metaphor, metaphorical approach, professional team, efficiency, flight attendants
