Conciliation Procedures in Economic Disputes in Russia

This final qualification paper examines the most common conciliation procedures in Russia when resolving economic disputes, including at the pre-trial stage, analyzes the practice of their application and development prospects in the context of taking measures to improve conciliation procedures. The paper discusses some debatable issues related to the use of mediation, claims settlement of disagreements and negotiations, as well as an author's assessment of the new institution of judicial reconciliation.
