Analysis of Economic Consequences of Extension of "7 Nosologies" Programme

One of the main state programs for financing of treatment of rare (orphan) diseases is 7 Nosologies, which was extended to 12 Nosologies in 2019. Current paper is devoted to calculation of effect of this extension on the budget of Russian Federation, to pharmacoeconomic analysis of the impact of the extension on the patients and to formulation of proposals for potential improvement of the program from pharmacoeconomic point of view.
