Real estate is an alluring investment for lots of people around the world. The market is very dynamic and fast-growing, that is why many of potential investors face the severe issue of finding profitable options of real estate. Appropriately, different tools that can help the customer to make a right choice are in a high demand. In most cases customers look for flexible property search systems and mortgage loan calculators. This paper describes a platform which will be able to help people to explore real estate market, so that one may find interesting options for investing in it, offering evaluation tools of payback period and profitability.
