Research of Intellectual Analysis Techniques for Predicting Emergency Situations on Transport

The master's thesis is devoted to the relevant topic of studying intellectual analysis techniques for predicting emergency situations on transport. In the theoretical part of the work, a general structure of telematic systems is considered, a review of the current situation on the market is made, a research of currently used and prospective techniques for the analysis of a telematic data is conducted. In the second chapter, a practical study is conducted on the basis of a test dataset containing telematic data; models for the automated identification of patterns leading to accidents, the automatic recording of accidents and the scoring of the driving style of telematic companies' clients are developed. Based on the developed models, a solution in the form of a software complex for emergency situations forecasting is proposed. The results of the work are of interest both for researchers involved in the problem of forecasting emergency situations, and for practitioners who process telematics data.
