Yandex.Talents is an online service that allows users to take a survey from the chatbot to find a job. The user can give a text feedback on the proposed vacancy, in which case it is possible to use this data as a source of features for the ranking of vacancies. The goal of this work is to solve the Sentiment Analysis problem for texts given by users using ML-algorithms and analyze the applicability of the results of these algorithms as sources of features for the ranking algorithm. As a result of the research, optimal data processing and classification methods were found to solve the Sentiment Analysis problem and it was shown that the resulting ML-models can serve as sources of features that improve the quality of vacancies ranking.
