Reputation Models in Social Networks

In this thesis, the research interest is focused on corporate reputation, namely the company's reputation as an employer. The main goal of the work is to study reputation models to establish the relationship between reputation and the level of employee wages. As part of its implementation, the following tasks were solved: - analysis of the concepts of reputation, corporate reputation, and the company's reputation as an employer; - analysis of reputation factors and indicators; - preparing and conducting a survey based on the analyzed reputation factors; - review and compare mathematical models for measuring reputation; - based on the data obtained from the survey and the theoretical aspects studied, the relationship between the indicators of the chosen reputation model and the level of employee wages was verified.
