Development of Software Robots Implementation Techniques

The thesis is devoted to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) techniques development. A goal of the study is to develop software robot implementation techniques. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were solved: studying the relevance of RPA technology, analyzing the possibility of developing software robots, identifying the main issues of RPA, illustrating the implementation of software robots and developing techniques for robotic process automation. In the process of achieving the goal, the author described the relevance of the robotic process automation, common issues of RPA, the steps of software robots implementation, and an evaluation of the developed techniques efficiency. The result of the dissertation represents the author's own contribution to the solution of the problem highlighted. The main result of the study is the RPA techniques. The paper contains 5 applications, 16 tables and 15 figures. The main part of the thesis consists of 63 pages. The keywords: robotic process automation, business process, RPA platform, software robot, technique, RPA implementation.
