Comparative Analysis of Business Process Automation Tools in Russian SMEs

A method of comparative analysis and selection from the main IT solutions for the automation of business processes of small and medium-sized businesses has been developed. The developed method is applicable with restrictions on the company's turnover not more than 800 million rubles, employees not more than 100 people, the duration of the automation project is not more than a year, the project budget is not more than 2.000.000 rubles. The method was divided into parts, by calculating the budget, auditing the company's processes, determining the automation method and type of software solution. The method was tested on 11 completed automation projects for in various industries.
