The Grounds for Relief of Evidence in Civil and Commercial Procedure

The study is dedicated to the analysis of the application of grounds exempt from relief in civil and arbitration proceedings. Within the framework of the research the theoretical and practical problems of application of the grounds for release from relief are considered, scientific approaches to the solution of the problems raised in the work are studied. The current legislation provides four types of grounds for exemption from relieving. The special attention was paid for the analysis of characteristics and theoretical studies on each type of grounds for exemption from relieving A significant part of the research is devoted to the research and examination of the problems of application of prejudice in modern law enforcement practice, as one of the most common grounds for exemption from relieving.
