EVP as a Building Tool of an HR-Brand in the Financial Sector

This study is devoted to the study of HR-branding and EVP as a tool for forming an employer brand on the example of the financial sector. In the course of the work, the concept of HR-branding is revealed, the approaches and strategies for the formation of an organization’s HR-brand are examined, and the features of the employer's brand development in the financial sphere are studied. In the course of the work, the attributes of the employer's value proposition, its structure and the specifics of translating company values ​​to target audiences are analyzed.
