State Regulation in the Field of Preservation of Cultural Objects

Cultural heritage objects are unique works that are important for the peoples of each country, that is why the preservation of cultural heritage is not only moral isure, but also socio-economic and political problem. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to improve the system of protection of cultural heritage objects (CHO), since the lack of sufficient information about them makes it impossible to control the objects and can be reason of their destruction in future. Problem is the incompleteness of studies of the impact of cadastral registration on the process of preserving the CHO. In the course of the work, an analysis of the situation in the field of CHO in the Perm Territory was carried out, the problem of the lack of cadastral numbers in almost 1,100 CHO was identified. In the result was developed cultural heritage conservation activities, with help of interaction of the authorities responsible for maintaining the CHO and the cadastral chamber. Activities require the Inspectorate for the Preservation of Monuments, as well as Office of Rosreestr in the Perm Territory. As a result of the implementation of the proposed activities, the completion of registration in the region will be completes.
