In the dissertation research, an attempt is made to consider the system of using legally significant electronic document management with the use of an electronic signature in The Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo). The work is based not only on Russian practice, but also includes a deep study of international experience. Analyzing the legal significance of electronic document management, the author identifies the key problems that arise in the development of the electronic document management system in the office. As a result of the analysis, recommendations are given for the development of the electronic document management system in Rossotrudnichestvo, as well as a system for using electronic signatures in the document management information system.
