Digitalization of the Russian Insurance Market

The work is based on the study of digital technology in the insurance market of Russia. The research question of this work can be formulated as follows: “What is the effect of the introduction of digitalization on the Russian insurance market?” The main goal of the work is to identify the main trends in the Russian market of insurance services at present. The level of use of digital technologies by Russian insurance companies and organizations of other countries was analyzed, as well as an analysis of the digital insurance market. The insurance industry in Russia was investigated, market leaders and differences in the methods used in digital insurance were identified, as well as the degree of concentration of the market as a whole and its digital component. Based on the results obtained, recommendations were prepared on improving the insurance industry in Russia using information technology.
