The Relationship Between Individual Characteristics, Satisfaction With Professional Choice and the Effectiveness of the Flight Attendant Job

Title: The relationship between individual characteristics, satisfaction with professional choice and the effectiveness of the flight attendant job. The work consists 74 pages,1 picture, 8 tables, 50 references. Key words: flight attendant, crew, the effectiveness of the flight attendant job. Object of study: the psychological side of the work of flight attendants Subject of study: psychological factors that ensure the effectiveness of the flight attendant. The work includes introduction, two chapters, conclusion, references, apps. Introduction includes setting goals, hypotheses, object and subject of research. The first chapter of the work is devoted to modern approaches of the psychological content and effectiveness of the flight attendant. The research included study of the psychological content of the work as a flight attendant, the specifics of the work, and the job requirements. The second chapter examined an empirical study of the effectiveness of the flight attendant job and its relationship with psychological variables. The hypotheses and objectives were formulated. This chapter consists design of the study, description and discussion of the results, and methods which were used. The conclusion contains an analysis of the research results, the prospects for studying in this direction, in particular: the search of the relationship between the effectiveness of the flight attendant job and the characteristics of their motivational-value and volitional sphere, as well as with the level of development of social and emotional intelligence.
