Problems of Implementation of Psychological Vision of a new Business

This dissertation deals with the problems of implementing the psychological vision of a new business. Given that the development of small and individual entrepreneurship is a strategically important task for our country, at the moment, according to statistics, more than half of start-UPS do not enter the market or close in the first year. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to develop business psychological support programs. The purpose of this work is to identify and describe the psychological problems that arise when implementing the idea of a new business. In this work the following tasks were set: 1. To conduct a theoretical analysis of the categories of "economic" cognition" and "psychological vision"; 2. Identify and describe psychological characteristics at the stage of launching a new business; 3. Develop a strategy for interaction with a novice entrepreneur; 4. Develop a strategy for interacting with a start-up entrepreneur to provide psychological support; 5. Conduct research aimed at identifying problems that hinder the implementation of the psychological intent of a new business. The results of this work are: developed a system of recommendations for providing business psychological support; identified and described the main difficulties, limitations, experiences and drivers at the stage of launching a new business.
