This work is aimed at evaluating efficiency of a corporate acquisitions program for a company making frequent acquisitions, using the example of Unilever. This work is based on the econometric DEA (data envelopment analysis) method, instead of traditional methods such as profit, cost approaches. A feature of this method is that it is able to use several input and several output variables. Despite the small number of works using this method in the food market, the DEA method has proven itself in use in related industries. In this paper, we will consider transactions conducted over the past 10-15 years, which will allow us to give an assessment of the activities of one of the largest companies involved in the food industry.
