Legal Regulation of Cashless Settlements in the Russian Federation

The paper studies the legal regulation of the institution of cashless payments in the Russian Federation. The problems of legislation in this area are analyzed. The purpose of this study is to develop proposals for improving the legal regulation of legal relations, which are formed within the framework of the Institute of cashless payments.
