Student: Krikunov Kristina alexandra

Supervisor: Varvara M. Vasileva

Faculty: Faculty of Social Sciences

Educational Programme: Applied Politics (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2020

This research is a continuation of previous studies on the regulation of conflicts of interest in the public service. Most of the research in the field of anti-corruption regulation are aimed at studying individual measures or reviewing anti-corruption reforms regarding their success in countries. However, there is still no consensus on how to build an effective anti-corruption reform. The aim of our work is to determine strategies for regulating conflicts of interest based on the institutional and non-institutional features of countries. The analysis will be based on two models of conflict of interest regulation - a compliance-based model and an integrity-based model.
