The number of loans issued by banks has been growing in recent years, but at the same time the share of "problem" loans among issued loans is also growing. The most effective way to solve this problem is to improve the quality of scoring. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide scoring models with extra data in addition to the "traditional" ones. In this paper, the data sources used by banks are looked into, the architecture of the application processing platform with the possibility of flexible use of different data sources is developed, and possible ways of development and improvement of the platform are given.
