Accounting and Audit of Securities Operations

In this work, will be considered current accounting and audit methods of securities operations in Russian Federation. The research touches upon the theme of standards and methods of accounting and audit of securities operations. Also the project will review some problems in this area, and possible solutions of them. Besides that, in this paper the transactions of the main operations with securities will be shown, which have to be reflected most often in the accounts of business entities that specialize in transactions with securities. The results of the study will possibly be of use in assessing the state of accounting and audit of securities operations in Russia.
