Influence of Governor Cabinet Rotation in Russia on Regional Social-Economic Development

The main directions of activity of the heads of the regions of the Russian Federation imply the development of the regional economy, growth of business activity, attraction of investments, support of the social sphere. One of the goals of their work in a particular region is to improve its socio-economic situation. At present, the rotation of the governor cabinet is carried out regularly, but it is not clear how it affects the development of regions. In this work, an attempt has been made to identify the main consequences of governor rotation in terms of the nature and extent of its impact on the socio-economic situation of Russian regions.
