This paper presents the development of a questionnaire of existential loneliness based on the theories of I. Yalom and A. Langle. The author's model of combining views on existential loneliness is proposed, which consists of four levels corresponding to the four existential motivations in A. Langle's theory. On the basis of existentialist theories and phenomenological descriptions, using the method of expert assessment, the questionnaire items were formulated. The total sample of the study was 725 people. In the course of the pilot and main research, the four-factor structure of the questionnaire was confirmed, meaningfully corresponding to the theoretical assumptions. The scales of the questionnaire and the questionnaire itself have a high internal consistency (a-kronbach 0.804-0.93). The converged validity of the questionnaire was verified using the DTA, TEM, IDAS, and SWLS methods. The conclusion is made about the possibility of further use of the questionnaire in its entirety or separately, as a Scale of Existential Isolation (in the theory of I. Yalom) and the questionnaire of existential loneliness (in the theory of A. Langle).
