The Role of Engagement in the Problem of Respondent’s Interaction with Research Methodology

In research activities, scientists are always faced with the problem of low complete rate of the questionnaire in the case of quantitative research. The paper considers options for increasing the respondent's involvement in the research methodology based on a previous researches. Also there is a study conducted by the experimental method: three variants of the employee engagement questionnaire were developed and tested on an audience. As a result, it was found that the gamified and reward questionnaires show the highest rates.
