Predictors of Employee's E-Learning Effectiveness

The purpose of this project study is to fulfill a request from company X. The company's request is to analyze a modular training program for employees and formulate recommendations to increase the effectiveness of online-training. The modular programm contains full-time training and the training on the online platform. The feedback questionnaire and performance indicators on the online platform were collected as data, the sample consists of 61 organization leaders. The results of the statistical analysis made it possible to identify the predictors of successful development of the program. They are the number of completed tasks, communication with the curator and amount of visiting the platform. The main limitation of this project is the lack of data, based on which it would be possible to more fully evaluate the effectiveness of training. Based on the obtained results , there were made recommendations for a possible increase in the effectiveness of training and the company was requested data for further research.
