Peculiarities of Marrital Relationship of the Families with Different Ratio of Partners’ Income

Based on the results of an empirical study, the author reveals the relationship of different variants of the income ratio in a couple with the features of their marital relationships, such as: consent in a couple, satisfaction with marriage, couple cohesion, role expectations, and perception of their partner. In this study we used : the author's questionnaire; the dyadic adaptation scale "Dyadic Ajustment Scale" [adaptation of Polyakova et al.; 2018]; the method "Role expectations and claims in marriage" [Volkova; 1985]; the method of comparative quantitative analysis, methods of statistical data processing; method of comparative qualitative and quantitative content analysis. The study involved 185 people in permanent relationships: 143 women and 42 men.
