The Role of Social Networks in the Sphere of Art (on the Example of Theatrical Activity)

The work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, applications and bibliography. The purpose of the work is to determine the character and degree of consumer feedback for the theater communication in social networks. In the first chapter the communication peculiarities in the sphere of art are shown, the characteristics of modern theatre are described and the environment influence on theatre and theatrical processes is studied. In the second chapter the current state of social networks in Russia is described, the most popular social networks, their gender and age characteristics are studied; the methods of promotion and actual trends in social networks are examined. The methods for effectiveness evaluating of the company's activities and the character and degree of consumer feedback in social networks are described. In the third chapter the communication policy of theaters in social networks is studied, the general description of this tool by theaters is given. Communications in social networks of the Bolshoi theater, The Vakhtangov Theatre, Theatre.doc, Moscow theater named after O. Tabakov are described, the character and degree of consumer feedback in social networks are evaluated. The perception of interaction between the theater and the public among social networks users is analyzed, the directions to improve the effectiveness are developed.
