Career is a way of professional development of a person and an integral part of his life. However, not every company has the capabilities and tools to promote employees and does not pay enough attention to this aspect of management. The research will be aimed at finding ways to optimize the career management system of employees in the industrial organization. There is no denying that a company can get much more profit from promoting its employees, increasing their efficiency and loyalty. The study will provide recommendations for improving the existing system of personnel promotion in a large organization.
