Application of Methods to Neutralize Organizational Change Resistance at the Single Project of an Organization

Abstract In the given research the possibility of applying the organizational change resistance neutralization methods to a single project of the organization is covered. A comprehensive approach to the issue study was implemented: both actual and significant research in the field of change management and change resistance neutralization was considered, most common project management standards were analyzed in the context of change resistance neutralization tools are provided, and the methods were directly studied. Based on the relevant research analysis results, criteria for the methods selection for a project purpose are proposed by the author. Intel's single project became a pilot site for the selected by the given criteria method use. The implementation results have demonstrated the possibility of using the methods considered on the scale of a single project at an organization.
