Improving Methods of Cash Flow Management on Example of Insurance Companies

ABSTRACT In this work of the proposed research is improving of methods of cash flow management for IPJSC “Ingosstrakh”. The aim of the research is to improve cash flow management methods at IPJSC «Ingosstrakh» for sustainable solvency of the company. The theoretical chapter examines the theoretical definitions of “cash flow” from domestic and foreign scientist. The classification and characteristic of cash flows are given, and there are cash flow processes. Besides, the theoretical issues and characteristics of cash flows are presented. Moreover, methods of checking the effectiveness of company’s activity. We consider the main directions of optimization of cash flows of insurance company. The practical part of the research is presented the organizational structure of the company, economic characteristics of the company’s action, analyze of formation of cash flows and coefficient analysis of the financial activity of “Ingosstrakh”. Based on the above acts, there are recommendation of developing management of cash flows and some forecasting for the future year for cash flows. In final part all work of researching is summarized, the main recommendations for improving the best cash flow management are emphasized. Key words: insurance company, cash flows, financial performance, solvency.
