Streaming Services’ Role in Shaping Preferences and Features of Music Content Consumption in Russia

This research is aimed at studying the role of streaming services' in shaping preferences and features of music content consumption in Russia. To achieve this goal a series of expert interviews with industry's specialists was held. Also an online-survey with younger people who are the target audience of streaming platforms was conducted. As a result it was revealed in which areas services are most influential for consumer. Also it was described which factors a consumer is guided by while making a decision of listening and what is Russian music industry segment's specificity.
