Analysis of the Practice of Individual Selection in the Bank "FK Opening"

The purpose of the master's thesis is to improve individual recruitment in OTKRITIE Bank. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: 1. Describe the concept of recruitment and stages of recruitment. 2. Identify modern approaches to recruitment in the banking sector. 3. Analyze the selection process In the Bank "FC OTKRITIE". 4. conduct surveys of the target audience on their job search preferences, as well as conduct expert interviews. 5. Develop proposals for improving the selection process in OTKRITIE FC Bank. This work consists of 70 pages, including 5 figures, 8 tables and a list of literature from 30 sources. To conduct the research, we studied the domestic literature on recruitment and selection of personnel, the experience of large banks, and analyzed various approaches to the organization of the recruitment process. Diagnostics of the current recruitment process in OTKRITIE FC Bank was carried out, its advantages and disadvantages were revealed using such methods as: collection and analysis of existing information about the company, observations, interviews with employees of the recruitment group and the head of the HR Department. Based on these results, developed proposals for changing the interview process, namely the interview with the leader, right after interview with an expert selection of events for control of overdue portfolio of vacancies and shortening the closing positions, as well as measures for training of employees of the group selection with the goal of improving their skills and customer satisfaction with the recruitment process. The recommended proposals are partially implemented in the recruitment process and have already shown an improvement in employee performance in Q1 2020.
