Educational Programme: Management (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2020

This study examines the existing models of knowledge management in various innovative IT companies, as well as ways to identify and disseminate knowledge adopted in innovative IT companies. Using the example of Intel IT Corporation, possible problems that arise at the stages of identifying and disseminating knowledge are analyzed, recommendations are developed, specific measures are proposed to increase the efficiency of identifying and disseminating knowledge in the Nizhny Novgorod office of Intel Corporation. This topic and the results of the study are relevant due to the fact that in innovative IT companies, where knowledge acts as an asset, resource and product, its own knowledge management system is built up, which is not always effective. Problems in building processes for the dissemination and identification of knowledge can greatly affect both the effectiveness of employees and the conduct of the business. The knowledge management industry is quite young and is only developing, because the results of the analysis of the identification and dissemination of knowledge in an innovative company can be applied not only in practice, but also in the scientific community.
