Applying Lean Management Concept in Warehouse Logistics

This study focuses on one of the key elements of the enterprise – the warehouse system at Lean production. The present project examines the warehouse activities of the Cereal Partners Russia Breakfast factory in Perm with the aim of further optimizing it. The analysis revealed two areas of development: analysis of warehouse space and changes in the storage system; standardization of repetitive operations. As a result, a program of measures to improve the operation of the raw material warehouse at the factory was presented. The program was successfully adapted to the actual operation of the warehouse and solved existing problems.
