The main goal of the work is to develop measures to improve the efficiency of the company "Dental clinic "Orthodontic center". The company's strategy is to expand the business and increase the flow of customers. To implement this task, it is necessary to study methods for evaluating the effectiveness of companies, analyze the financial condition of the company, and find possible reserves for improving efficiency. Next, it is necessary to develop measures to improve financial performance, make a calculation of economic feasibility. Methods used in this work: economic analysis, financial analysis, risk analysis, method of discounting cash flows. The results of the work can be used by the company to improve its performance.
