Determinants of a Cafe and Restaurant Average Meal Price

The current research investigates the Perm city catering market, especially of the café and restaurants. The main purpose of this research is to identify the factors that determine of the average check in Perm catering establishments. Methodologically, the research is conducted within the framework of microeconomics, which helps to establish broad connections between factors and the check in cafe and restaurants. Although there are many studies on pricing of cinema and theater, in the field of real estate and tourism, there are few works which investigate factors influencing the average check in café and restaurants. The research is expected to result in formulating of a list of factors affecting the size of the average check in Perm institutions. The study will consistently fit into a series of studies of pricing in Perm. The project consists of introduction, literature review, methods, results, conclusion, and references.
